Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Italian or Greek seasoning, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Spread the marinated chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, remove and toss, then return it to the oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Massage the chopped kale in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, olives, peperoncini, sesame seeds, salt, and chili flakes.
  5. In a blender, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  6. Assemble your Greek Chicken Bowls with rice, kale salad, roasted chicken, and drizzle with tahini feta sauce.
