  • 2 cloves Garlic Fresh garlic is ideal; garlic powder can be used in a pinch.
  • 1 pcs Bell Pepper Can replace with zucchini or carrots.
For the Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika or chili powder can be used.
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme Oregano or Italian seasoning can be substituted.
  • Salt Use sea salt for the best flavor.
  • Pepper Freshly cracked is recommended.
  • Red Chili Flakes Optional for added heat.
For Garnish
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Substitute with cilantro or basil if desired.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Introduce 2 diced potatoes and 1 chopped bell pepper; cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Push the mixture to the side, add 1 pound of ground turkey, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  5. Stir everything together with 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add a pinch of red chili flakes if desired and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
