- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Unroll one can of refrigerated crescent rolls and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing seams well.
- Layer sliced ham, salami, and provolone cheese evenly over the crescent roll base.
- Sprinkle banana pepper rings and roasted red peppers over the meat and cheese, followed by Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Unroll the second tube of crescent rolls on top, stretching to cover the surface and seal edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and edges are bubbling.
- Allow to cool slightly, then slice into squares and serve warm, optionally topping with lettuce and tomato slices.
