  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream Or lime crema
  • to taste Hot Sauce Choose your favorite

Step-by-Step Instructions for Lobster Tacos
  1. Gather all ingredients. Cut lobster meat into bite-sized pieces, mince garlic, chop cilantro, shred cabbage, dice tomatoes, and slice avocado. Warm tortillas in a towel at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Toss in lobster meat and cook for 3-4 minutes until opaque. Stir in cilantro.
  3. Take a warm tortilla, scoop in lobster mixture, layer with cabbage, tomatoes, and avocado. Squeeze fresh lime juice over all.
