- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or butter.
- Gently clean the medium mushrooms with a damp cloth and carefully remove their stems.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumb, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic, melted butter, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Generously spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, mounding it on top.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on the greased baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
