Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Gently clean the medium mushrooms with a damp cloth and carefully remove their stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumb, mozzarella cheese, parsley, garlic, melted butter, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  4. Generously spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, mounding it on top.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on the greased baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
