Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal balls and roll each into a 6-inch oval.
  6. On one half of each oval, spread pizza sauce and top with cheese, leaving a ½-inch border.
  7. Fold the dough over to cover the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Bake the hot pockets for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
