Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix evenly.
  3. Form the mixture into approximately 32 medium-sized meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  5. In a skillet, combine the jelly cranberry sauce, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch over medium heat, stirring until it thickens.
  6. Add the baked meatballs to the skillet and coat them in the sauce. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
