  2. Lay the flank steak flat on a cutting board and slice horizontally to create a pocket for the stuffing.

  4. Spoon the filling into the pocket of the flank steak, roll it tightly, and secure with kitchen twine.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear the stuffed flank steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.
