  1. Prepare the Spice Mix by pounding coriander roots, black peppercorns, and garlic in a mortar and pestle for 3-5 minutes until fine.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, golden mountain sauce, white sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, egg, and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add crushed spice mixture and diced vegetables (carrots and green onions) to the pork filling and mix gently.
  4. Take a dumpling wrapper, scoop some pork filling, moisten the edges with water, fold and seal.
  5. Prepare the steamer with parchment paper, arrange dumplings in a single layer, steam for about 10 minutes.
