Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by measuring and chopping all your vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the hoisin sauce, low-sodium soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, rice vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 3–5 minutes.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the bell pepper, green beans, and carrots. Stir-fry for about 3–5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the shredded cabbage, minced garlic, and grated ginger into the skillet. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the prepared sauce. Toss everything gently and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
