Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and minced garlic to create a marinade. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. While chicken is grilling, prepare a large salad bowl with mixed greens and seasonal vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
  4. In another bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, and honey. Whisk until well mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. After grilling, let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
