Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a spice mix. Rub it onto the chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes each side until cooked through. Remove and rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add heavy cream. Let thicken for 3-5 minutes and set aside.
  4. Boil water in a large pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. In the same pan, heat sesame oil. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute, then add chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer, stir in cream, and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Divide noodles between bowls, pour hot broth over, add sliced chicken, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and garnish with green onions.
