  • 1/4 cup Hot Honey mix regular honey with sriracha or chili flakes if unavailable
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce use tamari for gluten-free or coconut aminos as a soy-free alternative
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil can use avocado oil or another neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh minced garlic can also be used
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika regular paprika can be used for a milder taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley other fresh herbs like cilantro or chives can be used as alternatives

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes using a sharp knife.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Toss the cubed salmon in the marinade and allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the marinated salmon in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C).
  6. Garnish the baked salmon bites with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
