  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch for thickening

  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup Snap Peas
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
For Protein Alternatives
  • 1 lb Shrimp can be used in place of chicken
  • 1 lb Beef sliced thin for quick cooking
  • 1 block Tofu cubed and absorbed sauce

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil a pot of salted water. Add noodles and cook for 8–10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water, then toss with oil.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add chicken to the skillet, cooking for 5–7 minutes until no longer pink. If pre-cooked, stir in for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Combine Sauces: Add soy sauce and honey, stirring well for 2–3 minutes until the mixture bubbles.
  5. Thicken the Sauce: Mix cornstarch with water and add to the skillet, stirring until sauce thickens for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Add the Noodles and Vegetables: Toss noodles and vegetables into the skillet, stirring thoroughly for about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Plate the noodles and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds before serving.
