Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically 4-6 minutes. Drain and drizzle with a little oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet, increase heat to medium-high, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in soy sauce and honey, plus cornstarch. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Toss in cooked noodles and optional vegetables, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until well coated.
