Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of noodles—rice, egg, or spaghetti—and cook according to the package instructions until tender (usually around 7-10 minutes). Once cooked, drain the noodles and toss with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add bite-sized pieces of chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, gently add the pre-cooked noodles into the skillet and toss together for about 2 minutes.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch with a bit of water. Pour this over the chicken and noodles, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
