Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the fresh strawberries, mint leaves, and lemon under cold running water. Pat them dry and slice them.
  2. Combine half of the sliced strawberries and mint leaves in a bowl with simple syrup. Muddle gently.
  3. Strain the muddled mixture into a large pitcher using a fine mesh sieve.
  4. Pour in the white grape juice and lemon juice into the pitcher, stirring gently.
  5. Add the remaining sliced strawberries, lemon rounds, and mint leaves into the pitcher.
  6. Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
  7. Add sparkling water just before serving and stir gently.
  8. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice. Garnish with extra fruit and mint.
