  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle a bit of oil and add your corn kernels. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until blistered and slightly charred.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually incorporate sour cream, mayonnaise, lime zest, lime juice, and spices until well combined.
