Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken, corn kernels, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and mix until creamy.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
