Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice large sweet onions into rings and arrange them in the greased baking dish.
  3. Drizzle melted butter over the onions and sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. Layer shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the onions, followed by grated Parmesan.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
