Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the fresh cauliflower into small, even florets.
  3. Whisk together flour, plant-based milk, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  4. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until fully coated.
  5. Roll the coated florets in a bowl of oats until completely coated.
  6. Spread the crusted florets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix teriyaki sauce in a bowl and thin with water if needed.
  8. Dip baked cauliflower wings in the teriyaki sauce until fully covered.
  9. Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  10. Remove from oven, garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
