Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil until well combined. Add chicken and marinate for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Cook marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to 165°F.
  3. Wash and chop your fresh vegetables: slice bell peppers, julienne carrots, and chop lettuce.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat. Start with shredded lettuce, top with sliced chicken, bell peppers, and carrots; sprinkle with green onions.
  5. Roll the tortilla around the filling, tucking in the sides to create a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.
