- Begin by preheating a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for approximately 3 minutes.
- While the skillet is heating, take hand-sized portions of ground beef and press them onto one half of each flour tortilla. Season the beef.
- Gently place the tortillas beef-side down in the preheated skillet. Cook for about 2–3 minutes until the beef is browned.
- Once the beef is cooked, flip the tortillas carefully. Sprinkle cheese over the cooked side and fold the tortilla in half.
- Continue grilling the folded tortillas for an additional 2–3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Transfer the quesadilla to a cutting board. Let it cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges.
