Step-by-Step Instructions for Veggie Fruit Snacks
- Wash 1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup of blueberries, then remove the tops from the strawberries. Blend with 1 cup of spinach and 1 grated carrot until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat. Add 1 cup of applesauce, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stir and heat for 3-5 minutes.
