Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin purée, egg yolk, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and separate them into triangular sections.
  4. Spread a generous portion of the pumpkin filling onto the wider end of each triangular dough piece.
  5. Starting at the wide end, roll the dough up towards the pointed tip and tuck the ends in.
  6. Beat the reserved egg white until frothy and brush each roll lightly with it.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. While the rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and pure maple syrup until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the maple glaze over the top of each roll once they are out of the oven and cooled slightly.
