- In a small mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin purée, egg yolk, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar. Stir until smooth.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and separate them into triangular sections.
- Spread a generous portion of the pumpkin filling onto the wider end of each triangular dough piece.
- Starting at the wide end, roll the dough up towards the pointed tip and tuck the ends in.
- Beat the reserved egg white until frothy and brush each roll lightly with it.
- Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the rolls are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and pure maple syrup until smooth.
- Drizzle the maple glaze over the top of each roll once they are out of the oven and cooled slightly.
