  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika for a twist
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust for spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice fresh preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes without moving them. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until done.
  4. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  5. Transfer cooked salmon to a serving plate, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and garnish with green onions.
