  • 12 rolls Hawaiian Sweet Rolls store-bought or homemade
  • 8 oz Ham thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Salami thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Pepperoni or your favorite deli meat
  • 8 oz Provolone Cheese or mozzarella as an alternative
For the Veggies
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini or banana peppers for milder taste
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Cherry Peppers or fresh bell peppers as substitute
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning store-bought or homemade
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce for dipping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased baking dish.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottoms in the baking dish.
  3. Layer the ham, salami, and pepperoni over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Add sliced provolone cheese on top of the meats, then layer with pepperoncini and sweet cherry peppers.
  5. Place the tops of the rolls over the layers and press lightly.
  6. Melt the butter and mix in Italian seasoning and minced garlic.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.
